60-day ODDly Satisfied Guarantee (Returns for First-Time Customers)
For first-time customers of a product series, we offer the 60-day ODDly Satisfied Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 60 days of your order to request a refund.You must return the product to us, even if opened or partially used, in order to be eligible for a refund.Fully used products and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns for Repeat Customers
For repeat customers, we accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original and unopened outerbox packaging. Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return unless the product was damaged when you received it.If the product was damaged when you received it, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of receiving the product to be eligible for return.Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return and Refund Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@odd.us with your (i) name, (ii) order number, (iii) the date of your purchase, and (iv) delivery address, and we will provide you with instructions for the return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or delivery of a damaged product.For international returns, you may be responsible for any import-related taxes or charges.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 15 days for us to review the return and approve the refund. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on the policy of the payment provider. Refunds for international orders will be issued in U.S. dollars and may vary due to currency conversion rates or international payment platform fees.
