Peel the seal off the dual-compartment bottle and swallow the two tablets. Give the bottle a gentle shake to ensure the fibers are evenly mixed. Twist off the bottle cap and drink the 25ml fiber shot. Both parts are essential to receive the full benefit of ODD. M-01. You can swallow the two tablets with the fiber shot or water based on your personal preferences.

Yes, consistent daily use is recommended to keep your gut bacteria well-fed and your metabolic pathways primed. It is recommended to consume ODD. M-01 at least 30 minutes before, rather than after, your first meal of the day. This gives the polyphenols a “head start” before the first bite.

You may consume a second serving of ODD. M-01 in a day, for example, before another large meal. While experiences may vary, we do not recommend exceeding more than two servings during a 24-hour period as you may experience gastrointestinal discomfort from the large intake of prebiotic fibers.

It is recommended to avoid drinking hot and strong coffee or tea immediately before or after consuming ODD. M-01. As with many dietary supplements containing active plant compounds, drinking hot beverages may cause the active plant compounds to degrade, while the high tannin content in strong coffee or tea may interfere with absorption.

ODD. M-01 is shelf-stable for at least 12 months from production at room temperature, making it perfect to keep in your bag, at your desk, or anywhere you might need it. Store ODD. For repeat customers, we accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original and unopened outerbox packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they were damaged when you received them, in which case you must notify us within 7 days of the date of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
